Refunds / Returns on Walmart.com

1. Seller has to call buyer and ask to return item.

2. Once item is received, a seller issues a refund to the buyer as shown below:
 
Go to Walmart.GeekSeller.com Orders section, and edit an order which you want to refund. Then scroll to the product you shipped and click [Refund].



Refund details form will appear.


You can refund only rows that were shipped. The amount specified as the refund cannot be greater than the amount that was charged for the row. After successful refund proper information will appear in Status column.
