Sometimes you may see some of those messages either on Partner.Jet.com, or in GeekSeller panel:
JET using API (application programming interface), which is a way for their system to communicate with other 3rd party softwares, such as GeekSeller. Sometimes, JET servers are overloaded with data, usually it is due to increased traffic to JET.com or technical issues on JET side. Since GeekSeller is connecting to JET API to read data about your orders, this may impact performance of our panel or prevent you from performing some tasks such as fulfilling orders or editing products.
JET API issues are usually resolved by JET team within 24-48 hours. Please note, we cannot do anything about that, but wait for JET team to fix the problems, those disruptions exist on JET servers.
However, even that those issues exist on JET servers, they may impact performance of GeekSeller panel. You still can use our panel during this disruption, just keep in mind some data may take time to load, and for some users this may impact performance of our panel in general or prevent from performing some tasks such as fulfilling orders and editing products.
