Why my products are listed as “Excluded”?

The “Excluded status” is determined by Jet’s catalog team, in which they have deemed a product offered to be outside of their terms. The product may be associated with a category, product type, or brand that is not permitted on Jet.com.

However, usually the Excluded status is assigned to SKU if its price is not competitive. In this case lowering your prices and re-submitting SKUs should solve the problem.

GeekSeller does not have any details about reasons this status is assigned to a product. Merchant should contact Jet support (at partner@jet.com) for more information about products with Excluded status and request details about the issue.
