How to complete an order?

  1. Login to GeekSeller.
  2. Go to a section ORDERS
  3. Find an order and click See Details.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of this order page, and you can find there a section in which you can provide a tracking number.

When you are ready, click SHIP.

At this point our system will generate for you a package slip, a link will be available on top right side of this order page.

You can also fulfill orders by export/import of CSV or XLS file.

Be careful, once an order is shipped you cannot cancel it or change a tracking number. I case you need to do that, you must contact partner@jet.com and explain a situation, they will be able to help.
